The property consists of three Middle-rise buildings and four high-rise buildings. Underground 1 to underbelow 3 of Building 1 is a large shopping mall. HuaLi JiaZu has totally 440 units and it has a high greening rise. There’s a central park in the east-north of the compound and it is close to Consulate Area. This area is planed to be a Culture-entertainment block, which is a Barcelona style full-decorated uptown. The classical design was all taken on by the Spanish Design Office.
