Understand and maintain client needs in commercial/residential leasing market. Manage working relationship with clients.
Maintain and develop clients in property leasing market. Responsible for building strong work relations with senior managers of large companies.
Manage the development of the company. Supervise and handle team members.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in German, French, or other European languages and conversational Chinese.
Bachelors degree in economics, business administration or real estate management or equivalent required, Masters degree preferred.
You must have a proven background in a sales or biz dev capactiy, knowledge of the real estate market, and be PROFESSIONAL. As the front person for a company with around 400 employees, you must have extremely high standards, be an effective communicator,and develop a sales strategy and build a sales team.
3 years or above work experience in market development and 1 year or above xperience in team management. Real estate background preferred.
Experience with MNC, large and foreign firms, HR, real estate, and travel companies preferred.
