Multinational Business Development Manager Apply to Job (HR Tel: 8621-6373-4300)

Duties:

  • Understand and maintain client needs in commercial/residential leasing market. Manage working relationship with clients.
  • Maintain and develop clients in property leasing market. Responsible for building strong work relations with senior managers of large companies.
  • Manage the development of the company. Supervise and handle team members.

Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in German, French, or other European languages and conversational Chinese.
  • Bachelors degree in economics, business administration or real estate management or equivalent required, Masters degree preferred.
  • You must have a proven background in a sales or biz dev capactiy, knowledge of the real estate market, and be PROFESSIONAL. As the front person for a company with around 400 employees, you must have extremely high standards, be an effective communicator,and develop a sales strategy and build a sales team.
  • 3 years or above work experience in market development and 1 year or above xperience in team management. Real estate background preferred.
  • Experience with MNC, large and foreign firms, HR, real estate, and travel companies preferred.
